About Us
My passion in life is animals. I grew up as a child with a dream of wanting to work with them and having being brought up with dogs all my life ( four Border Terriers) i pursued my dream and after leaving school i went to university and gained a National Diploma in Animal Care.
During my time at University i applied for a weekend job in a Kennel & Cattery Establishment. I absoultely loved my job, not only was i working hands on caring for all different kinds of animals from dogs to chickens! i was also gaining a wide range of knowledge about the requirements of these family pets, the main one being the understanding of their physical and emotional needs whilst their owners were away.
All animals have their own personality and they also require comfort and hugs when their everyday surroundings change.
After finishing my course at University - gaining a Distinction, I was offered a job full time at the Kennels & Cattery as Assistant Manger - how could i say no i had the perfect job.
During my time at the Kennels & Cattery my boss started learning and training me up to do dog grooming, something she had alot of experience in, as she is a Breeder of Poodles, Westhighland Terriers, Yorkshire Terriers, Papillons and Border Terriers and has been grooming dogs for her customers for the past 45 years!
I was employed at the Kennels & Cattery for 7 years and loved every minute of it. After learning how to professionally groom all breeds of dogs for 3 years and gaining experience and understanding the needs of the dogs I made a huge life changing decision to start up my own Dog Grooming Business and offer my own services and have never looked back since.
My aim is to provide a dog grooming service of high standards and affordable prices.
I added the Pet Boutique service to the business as in my located area there isnt anywhere which provides for these needs so i try to cater for all.
A micro - chipping service is also available. I gained this qualification whilst at University.
